I'd do a +2 or +3 - see if he's saving the drop for tonight. Like he did on the night of the 18th, six cycles ago. Which is about how long it takes to resolve a bounce. If he doesn't drop tonight, then the increase is good.

I'd really like to encourage you to try to get a before bed test every night, or +2/+3. A lot of cats drop lower at night, mine included. She'd drop at night and bounce during the day. I would have kept increasing when what she needed was reductions if I hadn't seen the night time data.
 
Sorry I am just reading this the next morning. I fell asleep so I didn't get that last +3. I will do it this week and see where we are at.
