?dosage of pepcid for 11 pd cat

my cat is nauseated ...not sure why...i thought i would post here as i am a member and know this place to be very knowledgeable about these things...I need to know the dosage of pepcid AC to give my cat who is 10 to 12 yrs of age....I have ten mg tablets and dont want to give it to him in pill form...can i put it in a syringe with water?

I give a 1/4 of one to my cat Sammie when needed, I crush and put in water and syringe it to,him
