What a lovely boy!
I saw that you have been welcomed and introduced since November 2025. What happened since then? How Mikes is faring? Did you switch to Lantus?
It will be very helpful for the experience members of the forum to be able to help you, to create a spreadsheet for Mikes and give as much as possible informations about his health and eating habits.
I'm also a newbie but I'll be happy to help you in everything - except medical and dosing advice of course.

You seem to have been going up and down with the dosing, I would try to keep the 1.2 I for now.
He has been dropping into safe greens on the 1.5 but I guess that made you nervous.
As he has dropped into green this morning and he will probably bounce let's try to keep shooting 1.2 I until the bounce clears 6 cycles.
We try to shoot a consistent dose waiting at least 6 cycles before increasing the dose, sometimes we wait longer, it depends on the Nadir's, and if you have chosen to follow slgs you need to keep the same dose for one week, unless he drops below 90.
If he drops below 90 on slgs you need to reduce the dose. By 0.25.
In summary:
Keep to 1.2 for at least a week/ if (as it says on your Spreadsheet) you are doing SLGS.
