Don't know how to read this

I asked Simmons Foods for the breakdown of some of their Special Kitty Patés and this is what they sent me. I'm hoping someone else can translate it into numbers I can understand. (The decimals don't mean anything to me, I'm used to whole numbers and my math skills are awful!) Thanks!

Try this online calculator to get an estimate of the calories from each of protein, fat, and carbohydrate.
Then, divide the carbohydrate calories by the total calories to get an estimate of the % of calories from carbohydrate.

Thanks, I tried it and got weird results, like 87% carbs! I don't know what I'm doing wrong (not sure I know what I'm doing at all, lol). Like I said, my math skills are really deplorable.
