A lot of us use Zobaline for Cats

You just crush it and add it to their food. Most cats will eat it fine. It may take some time, but it's worked some pretty impressive miracles in the past in cats with bad neuropathy

Mitz is on Zobaline (methylcobalamin). It took about 3 or 4 weeks to really see the results but it has helped her a great deal.

Mums cat got full use of his legs back after getting regulated and being on zobaline for a couple of months - it is specially formulated for diabetic cats. He took it for 3 months all up, we probably could have stopped a bit earlier but thought we may as well finish the bottle. Haven't seen a cat refuse food with it in either, apparently it has no taste. We did try a cheaper diabetic friendly brand first (Drs Best) but didn't see improvement with that.

My sugarcat had neuropathy, and, like others here, I gave Zobaline. It seemed to work brilliantly. My cat actually recovered completely even though his blood glucose levels remained high for quite a while.
Zobaline is a combination of methlycobalamin (methyl B12) and folic acid. The link to the product on the manufacturer's website is here:

If you're in a part of the world where Zobaline is too diffcult (or too expensive) to obtain, then you could consider buying another source of methyl b12, and perhaps adding in some folic acid also....? (The Zobaline formula is 3mg methlycobalamin and 200mcg of folic acid).

Depending on where he is, even getting his sugars controlled may make all the difference. Charlie wasn't on his knees but was very wobbly, walked kind of spraddle-legged and swaying. Once his sugars got regulated, that was the first thing to go away. When they started to climb again, that was the first thing to come back.

I got this foster cat named Cotton a little over 2 months ago. He had been diagnosed with diabetes two years ago and never treated. He was scheduled for euthanasia when our rescue group took him in. Since I have had him he had his diet switched to Fancy Feast pate and I give him 3mg of methylcobalamin each day crushed in his food. I just use the stuff I bought from Costco.
As of today he is walking almost normally and jumping on furniture now. He has not had insulin for a week and his BG numbers are in the normal range.
Here he is at the beginning. I need to do another current video.

Eegie's only been on diabetes treatment for about a week and a half. He had developed neuropathy, but the vet was mis-diagnosing it as related to cystitis (which he was over). After reading symptoms, I realized what we had, and this group helped me find the answer. I couldn't get Zobaline right away, so went to the health and vitamin store nearby and they had Methycobalamin 1000mcg/ Folic acid 400mcg pills (I couldnt' find lower folic acid). I didn't want to wait any longer, so started him on these pills on the evening of 4/30. As of yesterday, he's back on his toes. He can't go far yet (and has many other problems), but he was on his hocks for some time. Considering this is only day 5 of the meds, I'd say he's responding very well! They do say that in part it needs better glucose numbers as well, and Eegie's been doing mostly much better than he was, with the insulin - but this might give you hope.
