Do I skip insulin dose or give another dose if injection doesn't go in?

If my cat flinches and if all or most of the insulin ends up on her fur and not in her skin, should I give her another insulin shot or wait till the next one?

We call it a fur shot. Since you have no idea how much may have gone in, we recommend you DON"T give another shot. The worst that can happen is your cat will be a little high next time. If you reshoot, the worst is a hypo, which is very dangerous. So don't give more insulin!
