I would stall a half hour if you have time, to see if he goes up.

Hi Lyresa,
Sorry, we just got back from camp, so I didn't see your post earlier. Generally speaking, you have at least 4 hours with Levemir before onset begins and during those hours the kitty's numbers will usually rise. I like being able to shoot a low PS number just for this reason. However, you have recently started KT on Lev., and you might feel more comfortable stalling. So what did you do? (it is now well into the cycle).

I just saw this too, I think Ella and Dyana are right since you just started using Lev. Was the 49 a retest from the 41 or was there some time in between? If there was a time gap it would be a rising number and pretty safe to shoot w/ Lev.

I admit to having shot 49 a few times but that because I know it usually takes Tess a long time for the Lev to kick in.

The 49 was a retest of the 41....stalled as long as I could and we were still at 52 so I didn't shoot. I DID shoot at what would have been +6 of this cycle and will shoot again tomorrow morning - the 18 hour thing....

Good choice! I hope the 18/18 works out for you. it is good option when you stall.
