Do i give shot >?

Rocky is it 103 I know its not super low but ill be at work and won't be able to check on him until after 2 today . He's never been this low. DO i still give him a shot?>

I don't have much experience with shooting low numbers... if it were my cat and I couldn't monitor because I would be away at work all day I would skip the shot. Better too high for a while than too low for a minute.

Yep, better a day too high than an hour too low!

When I get a real low unexpected reading, I usually do a 2nd test right away to make sure it wasn't a bad strip or just not enough blood on the strip.

Yeah i should of re-checked. Every time i havent gotten enough blood it will read Error and sometimes when i get to much blood the # seems really high. Ive been noticing as i am trying to test more that he goes low at night time. Thats pretty normal right? I am going home soon and I will check him just to see where he is at
 
Most kitties do go lower at night. My Relion meter will show a low reading if I try to suck up a smear of blood instead of a droplet & it takes slightly longer to give the reading when it didn't get enough blood.
