different food chart? wondering about accuracy

i found this just now and wonder if anyone here claims it.
And if it could possibly be correct.
I wanted to find out the carbs on fancy feast salmon and shrimp classics and this chart popped up in my search.

It isn't clear how the calculations are done to come up with the "% carbs" numbers. Nor is it clear whether he used "as fed" values from the manufacturers to base the %'s on.
I find it hard to fathom that "our" numbers and "his" numbers can be so far apart. And an awful lot of cats (including Bob) got FF and Friskees Pates while on insulin, and only those types since, and remain diet controlled.

Those look like they're calculated using the guaranteed analysis on the can, which is just a list of minimums and maximums, and so, is inaccurate. Our charts (like Binky's) use the as-fed values, which we have to manually request from manufacturers.
