Did I give Too much updose?

Nudderbaby's levels have been rising gradually again and tonight it was 422 so I upped from 1.25 to 1.4.

I'm starting to worry a little as I'm ready to go to bed that he dropped from 422 to 376 in 2 hours then down to 281 now +3. He's acting the best he has in 2 weeks but I could use some advice.

My Dad was hospitalized this afternoon and I couldnt stay with him because I had to come home for my kitty. I need to be at the hospital early in the morning but now I'm wondering if I need to stay up through the night.

This has been a whirlwind.
 
Hey Tammy. That is a pretty good drop. Since you have complications tomorrow, I would feed him and take another test in 30-45 minutes. Hopefully it will flatten out. There won't be many people on tonight. Are you confident that you know the steps?

50 regular food
40-50 gravy off high carb
Below 40 Karo
 
I know you have had trouble getting him to eat. Do you think he will eat when you want him to?

If you have to, you can try dry, but it doesn't bring the numbers up very fast.. Gravy and then Karo work better.
 
I put some dried down for both of them and they practically mopped the floor with their tongues so yes I think he will eat. I have a syringe I can use for gravy if necessary.
