Sheba's been off the juice for about a month now and everything has been good so far until today. She started having diarrhea. She even went in the bathtub, which is very odd for her. She has been eating the fancy feast classics for about a month now with no incidents so now I'm a little worried... should I worry?

Could be a bug passing through. Provide lots of fresh water and monitor for dehydration. If dehydration, please see vet.
Adding fiber to food can soak up some excess moisture, such as 1/8 teaspoon of psyllium powder, or 1/4 teaspoon of plain pumpkin (not pie filling) or squash.
Sometimes, the batch changes in food production can trigger this.
If it continues for more that a few days, I'd see a vet.

I agree could be the batch--will she eat cooked chicken or another protein? Maybe stop the ff to see if it changes. If it is a bug it needs to get out of her but of course you don't want to wait too long. I personally would give it about 24/48 hours and if not improved call the vet and maybe they can offer advice.... or they may need to see her.
Hoping Sheba is feeling better soon:bighug:

I've been able to give her the pumpkin twice now. It is definitely better than yesterday. I will see how it goes tomorrow. I am still in search of new vet since my last one wasn't willing to listen to me, so the struggle continues....
