Not sure what the deal is, but he's been skyrocketing at +4. I haven't changed his food at all. Still FF Chicken. I haven't been able to get a good curve on him recently, but when I bump him up to 1.6u, he gets somewhat of an inverse, or he'll go high mid-cycle and go low at PMPS. Is it possible he's having issues with the insulin itself?
 
They are just a little too high and flat. How about a fat 1.4 (or if you still have the U40 needles, 1.5)? I know it is hard to tinker with such tiny changes.

You've been on ProZinc for a year? How new is your vial? It might be time to think about changing to Lantus or Levemir and see if he does better. You might look at their forums, read some of the threads and see if it will work into your lifestyle.
 
He's been on ProZinc just over a year now. We started the new vial on the 7th of this month, so we've only been using it for two weeks now.
 
PMPS was 334. I gave him a fat 1.4 and also tried injecting along his back instead of his flanks, where we've been shooting for a while. His +4 is already at 186.
