I am so frustrated and sad for my boy. I cant seem to get his sugar under control and at the risk of going of competely broke his back legs arejust terrible now. He looks so uncomfortable when he tries to sit to eat, he can no longer jump up on the bed (one of his favorite things) and he cant squat properly in the itter box anymore causing some very dirty hind quarters....HELP...any advice would be welcome as Im so stressed out and devestated.

Help is on the way...but first we need a tiny bit of information.

What insulin is he on? and at what dose? How often are you giving it?
What is his current diet?
Do you test his blood sugars at home?

Many times neuropathy can be brought under control by getting their blood sugars down and with the help of methyl-b12.

My little Musette, who i adopted as a diabetic needed to spend about a month in foster care before her legs were stable enough to transport her out to me, but now she is running and jumping just like my 9 week old kittens. So this too can be fixed for your boy, but first things first we need to figure out how to get his bloodsugar down and get him feeling better.

You will find a ton of collective knowledge here for folks that have been successfully treating their sugarcats.
