I do not know anyone personally in Michigan but perhaps DCIN @Chris & China may assisted with re-homing.
Poor cat, I hope he /she will find a loving home!

I shared it on Facebook, hope maybe that'll help. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in Michigan....but maybe someone else will share it, too , and it'll get seen by someone who can help!
 
Thank you for the replies and shares! He will be put down Saturday by the owner if a foster or permanent home isn't found. This is so sad.
