Diabetes complicated by renal cancer

It was suggested on another thread that someone else might be having issues with renal cancer in addition to diabetes. Pinkie was just diagnosed with renal cancer today. If you have some information or experience with dealing with both, please share with me your protocol and any information that might help me to treat Pinkie and make her more comfortable as we continue this journey together. amazingly enough, same first name: Judith and Thomas.
