Diabetes and IBS

Does anyone else have a diabetic cat with ibs? My vet days it's quite common but we are both reluctant to use steroids so wondered if anyone else has managed to control their cats diaarhoea?

When there is a secondary medical problem, you do what is needed to treat that and adjust the insulin around that.
