Desperate need of Lantus pen immediately

I posted this in the Supply Closet forum, but also posting here to get more eyes on it. I am desperate.
Admin: if not allowed, delete.
I need a lantus pen immediately. Anybody in the Ohio/Pennsylvania area, I will drive to get it. Will pay top dollar. Please help.

I have a pen of Basaglar I was holding onto in case Hendrick fell out of remission but it won't be good forever. If you don't find any other option, I am a 4 hour drive from Cleveland in the WNY area

I would not charge you anything for it -- if you need it that desperately it is yours for the taking, if you can make the trip. Basaglar and lantus seem to be pretty interchangeable for most cats

My hubby couldn't make that long of a drive due to his medical problems. Deborah is right, it would be easier, cheaper to overnight it. I know it would have to have ice pack or something. Would you be able to do that? I, of course would pay you for shipping and pay for the pen.
 
I doubt that I am going to be able to get to a post office or UPS store tonight, still at work right now.

wow, $100 to overnight it. Depending on the fuel economy of the vehicle used and the distance involved that could be a lot cheaper than driving. Google says avg cost of a round trip to Ohio from where I live is $150 in gas


anyway, it is shipped, due to arrive by noon tomorrow. As I said in my private message, don't worry about the pen itself, far as the shipping cost -- $50 to me and $50 to the FDMB will do it.
