So, I realize that food is considered 'Low Carb' if the carbs are less than 10% on Janet's list. What numbers are considered 'Medium Carb' and 'High Carb'? On a day-too-day basis, I try to keep Morris' food to 3% or less. I have to go & restock my 'emergency' supply and thought I would double check to see what numbers I should be looking for!
 
i think a general definition of high carb is 18% or higher so for me anyway, anything 11-17% could be considered medium carb
