Remember to shift your shot times so you'll be on schedule when the time changes.

The standard pattern is to shift no more than 15 min per cycle or 30 min per day.

If your cat is very sensitive to changes, you may want to do this over 4 days.

Ex

8:30 am 8:15 pm Wed
8:15 am 8:00 pm Thu
8:00 am 7:45 pm Fri
7:45 pm 7:30 am Sat <- time change overnight
8:30 am Sun

If you have a cat who sometimes runs low overnight, make the time change in the morning!
8:15 am 8:15 pm Wed
8:00 am 8:00 pm Thu
7:45 am 7:45 pm Fri
7:30 am 7:30 pm Sat <- time change overnight
8:30 am Sun

I'm actually looking forward to getting up at 5:30 a.m. instead of 4:30 a.m.!

But, that was very thoughtful of you to provide a proper time change schedule.

Can you explain to me how I would do his 8am AMPS and his 8 PMPS. I am thinking that it needs to be 15 minutes difference but not sure. Thank You.

You just shift the times to match your shot times, like this:

8:00 am 7:45 pm Wed
7:45 am 7:30 pm Thu
7:30 am 7:15 pm Fri
7:15 am 7:00 pm Sat <- time change overnight
8:00 am Sun
 
Hi all! Haven't been on in a while. Long story but just realized daylight savings now!
Gave shot this morning at 7 am est gets again at 7 pm
How do I adjust safely since I don't have much time?
I'm normally walking out the door at 8am. Est
What a dummy I am.
So much going on, didn't even realize! Ugggg

He normally eats 20 mins before his shot.
Cause I have to make sure he eats before I leave.

Just do the best you can. Just move the shot time up tonight 1/2 the difference (real time not clock time to account for DST)you will give tomorrow mornings shot.
