Day 14 no insulin - blue numbers, need advice

Hello all,
Today is day 14 no insulin but only day 7 of tracking it (which hasn't been perfect)
He tested at 8.6 yesterday before dinner which I didn't expect. He went down to 5.6 lastnight and is now at 5.5

Wondering if this is considered low enough to keep not giving insulin?

I am working 2 jobs and have some really heavy things happening in my personal life and am trying my absolute best.
I agree he probably needs to go back on insulin. I just don't know how much and when to make that call, especially when I haven't been home nearly as much as I'd like to be.
