Darcy's sister, Grace

Hi. I never really have a condo of my own these days... but here's a photo of Darcy's sister, Grace. She looks a lot like him (a female version of my dear boy, Darcy.) I sure do miss him, but I'm glad I still have Grace.

While I'm having a rare posting day... I should send a photo of my cat, Amber, she's so funny. She was just sitting at the window watching birds... but the FEDEX guy pulled into the driveway and she hissed and growled at the FEDEX truck/man. She also growls and hisses at the garbage truck. I suppose if she was a dog, she would bark. I wonder if she would still hiss and growl if she knew that the FEDEX man was bringing her cat food from Chewy.com!

@Suzanne & Darcy Grace is beautiful!

We have a ASH male named Chester. A "true" rescue, my wife was standing in our kitchen one spring day and suddenly smacked me on the arm and barked "shut up shut up!"

she cocked her head to one side.

And then ran out of the house.

She ran across the street. Into the neighbor's driveway, walking around their garbage cans/bins. I see her bend down, then scoop something up and run back across the street.

It was Chester (often called Chessie or Chessiecat). 5 weeks old.

This is the day he was found under that garbage can. We had five cats already. My wife said "Ok what we'll do is....we can foster him until someone adopts him or take him to a local adoption place/shelter if nobody in the neighborhood claims him"

We knocked on every neighbor's door...nobody was missing him. Look at that face. He became our 6th.

He's bigger now. This was like a week ago, he was checking out the FDMB

Oh that face! Still adorable! Thanks for sharing the photos. I love seeing people’s cats.

P.s. I like the name Chester for a boy cat. We recently had a foster kitten (um, well, we have a lot of foster kittens) and we named him Chester. The litter was Charlie, Chester, Christian and Chantal (we were asked by the rescue who was going to help us place them to name them all with the same first letter. ). I loved those babies.
