If he's seeing numbers in the 90-149 range, you keep the dose. He's seen several nadirs in the low 100's range, so no increase. I rather suspect today's curve was a bounce day. He started at 220 and went up all day. Unfortunately not the best day for a curve, but some of the other preshots were low enough to tell you he's getting nadirs in the range you want. At least he seems to be coming down tonight.

Hi Katrina, when I asked you if you can start getting tests in after you test first thing in the morning (AMPS) and the same for PMPS in my post #2 , I mean to do it everyday and night.
You don't have any tests after these
If you work is it possible for you to get a +2 or a +3 , if not test him when you get home from work.
PMPS , at least get another test in before you go to bed, the more tests the better for both cycles
