Could someone pop over and give advice new member starting on 2 units

Hi everyone

April has just started her kitty rosa on 2 units of lantus insulin and has not yet started blood glucose testing. Could so done pop over and just give a little advice. My concern is that she might go low over night. Not sure how best to avoid. Have suggested leaving out high carb dry.
