Yes, me again.
We used to give Dweezil a tiny sprinkle of plain Metamucil with his wet food for dinner as he was prone to constipation.
I see the main ingredient is psyllium husk. This is a grain i assume...which would appear to be bad.
But then i read that psyllium can actually lower blood sugar...
Anyone have any experience with this? Dweezil hasn't needed any Metamucil since his diagnosis, which is good and interesting...
