Anybody have any opinions on the Kirkland / Costco brand wet meals?

Maybe
- Kirkland Signature Wet Cat Food, Pate Variety Pack
- Kirkland Signature Chunks in Gravy, Canned Cat Food Variety Pack
(I know it says In Gravy - I was repulsed at first, but first 5 ingredients are chicken, chicken broth, water, liver, dried egg white).... anyone have thoughts???

I tried looking at the ingredients, could not find the %s, but any gravy, broths are not good for a diabetic cat, they are high in carbs between 16-24%, a diabetic cat needs a diet of wen can or raw foods between 0-10% carbs, Fancy Feast Pates between 0--10% most members feed up to 5%, below is a Drs approved food list, the third column contains the % of carbs for each food, many brands and flavors to choose from

Not all gravy foods are high. There are a select few with broth and gravy that are low carb, you just need to check the ingredients on the calculator. Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers Pate, Fancy Feast Savory Centers are two that I can think of that are still low carb. Just do your research on it first.

We learn something new every day for sure. I just calculated both of the FF you mentioned and the FF Gravy lovers
Pate showed 4.2% dry matter carbs, and the FF Savory Centers, showed 0% carbs dry matter, please confirm this, because my kiddos love gravies and since Corky is so high carb sensitive, I have kept away from them, this is great news, although the Savory Center is a bit more expensive, I buy from Chewy Auto ship by the case once a month, I am going to buy one can and try it. please confirm the carb %s I calculated. I will remember this from when I need to recommend

It is correct! My girl has been eating both of those and she is now in remission and continues to eat them. She's partial to the gravy lovers pate. But it has to say PATE. I accidentally bought the wrong ones one time. I have this photo of them side by side. They look alike. The pate on the left of course.

Gotcha. Thanks, I have two cases of Medleys tuna that chewy send by mistake so I’m going to try this one and see how both likes them thanks
