Canada has it cheaper, so if you're close enough and have a passport, drive up, or use a mail order pharmacy up there. Read this post on Canadian Mail Order

Just checking - you know it keeps up to 6 months if you keep it in the fridge right? Longer if you get pens since you only "open" one at a time.
