Hi all,
Wanted to try a new litter for my diabetic cat and heard rave reviews about "World's Best" so I bought some yesterday and she didn't mind one bit that I did a 100% swap right out of the gate. My concern though is that now that I've dug deeper (maybe I should've checked into this BEFORE buying the litter) I'm finding that in humid states, there may be a concern with mold and the aflatoxin fungus. My cat does have an autoimmune disease and is on steroids daily so between those two things, should I be worried about this litter harming her? I live in Houston, TX. What can I do to keep my risk low of having problems? Anyone here live in Texas or a humid state that use this litter?
Thanks for your replies!
Katy
