Hi Everyone! Wow, guess i've been gone longer than i thought. There are so many new kitties on the block. GLad to see everyone is doing good and getting through the days with some good numbers.

We are going to start hanging around again and i will try to slowly catch back up on everyone's FD life. My daughter's activities are all in their final performances this weekend and then we are over for a little bit. Only have one left on Sunday night. Then i can breath again. On top of all the STRESS, my mom comes up from florida for a "surprise" visit w/her crazy mean cat. She wanted to come see all the performances last weekend that both daughters were involved in. Talk about stressful!!!! It was nice having her here, but very, very hectic. I've barely had time to even test copper. Whenever i was here runnning in and out, i would try and test and feed. Most of the time, i just did the basics, test, feed and shoot.I could do it all it less than 5min. I got it down to a science now. I couldn't remember though, one ps # from the other. That is bad. But he seems to be doing good. I really haven't worried about him much at all. He has been either in the high 200's for ps's# or 300's. Is nadir were in the blue's most of the time or yellow's. He seems good.....

Today, copper seems very content to stay outside unders his favorite tree with the squirrels and birds. Now that the "mean visiting cat" is gone, i think he will be much better. I caught him spraying the bushes outside yesterday. Never see him doing that. So know it was bc having the other kitty around. So far so good today....Hoping his pmps is not too high.

Welcome back! Sounds like you're almost through all the excitement... I don't know which makes you crazier... family coming to visit, or family NEVER coming to visit! Both have their up and down sides!

The tests I was referring to were for Acro and Insulin Resistance (IAA). IAA should've been run today - done on Wednesdays only. Acro either yesterday or whenever. Not sure what the turnaround for results will be... just sitting patiently... yeah, right!

Looks like Copper is cooperating (except the spraying thing). I'm with you on the timing. I can let the dogs out/poke/feed/test/and let the dogs back in in about 5 also, and I can poke/feed and do fluids in about 7 start-to-finish (also including dogs)! Fluids take 4 minutes to flow! Makes it nice on days like today when I didn't go home for lunch and just did a pop-in.

Hope he continues to stay pretty regulated while the world is spinning around you!

Welcome back, Lori! Doesn't sound like Copper is doing too bad, even though there was an interloper and lots of activity. Glad the two of you can get back on track.

Glad to see you back, sorry about the mean kitty!
I am sure Copper will start to settle into his quiet routine again!
Glad he is doing so well!

Glad to see you and Copper back, Lori.

Just noticed tonight he neuro is better. I called him for dinner and he came running. I barely noticed him coming BECAUSE i didn't hear the "BUMP" "Bump" he back legs make when he walks from the neuro. SO he has gotten better on the neuro. Not sure when. That is how busy i've been that I didn't even notice. YEA! This is a HUGE improvement. Hope his neuro gets even better soon! Very encouraged tonight. Maybe i just shouldn't been stressing about it all from the beginning.

Have some great cycles everyone!
