Good Morning Friends!

So, as a continuation from last night's thread.....when I went to test Kitty for her pmps, I had 10 strips left. I have been getting some error messages on this bottle of strips....E1 (defected strip) randomly for the last week. So, I poked Kitty and put the first strip in ...E1...second one...E1....third one....E1.....got the picture?....all the way down to the last one....finally it read....460 uggg, but not surprised! So, I shot 3.8 units and headed to WalMart at 12:30 to get more strips. Have you ever been to Walmart at that time ??!!! :shock:

This morning, I held my breath and tested for her amps....309! So, I have come to the conclussion that either Kitty got into the crack yesterday or the strips that read high were "off!"

Who Knows?! I just hope it was a fluke! She feels great and slept with her head on my cheek most of the night... :-D

Yikes, I'm so worried about running out of test strips that I always have a second container on hand.

I hope you just got a bad batch of strips and Ms. Cool Sneaky Kitty will stay our of the contraban.

I'm with Robin, my Wal Mart is always busy so whenever I'm in there I try to remember to pick up more strips. I had 200 here last time I checked. :lol: I also have to get the strips from the pharmacy & they aren't open all the time. I have been to Wal Mart in the middle of the night though & you would think it would be less crowded but they only have a couple of registers open so the lines are stupid!

Like I said last night...I don't think you are giving Miss Kitty enough credit...she's probably been sneaking that crack all along! :lol: She really slept on your cheek...you mean your butt cheek? haha_smiley haha_smiley
 
That was Cute Barb! :lol: Some interesting people shop at Walmart at midnight!!!! :shock:
 
Kim, I've been to wallyworld at 2 in the morning (once) and you're right, some interesting people! The ones that confused me were the ones who were grocery shopping.... I kept thinking, who goes grocery shopping at 2am? I think they may have been vampires.
They were definitely wonky!

I hate wonky test strips! I've never been to walmart at that time of night, but I always imagine that's when those "photos" get taken of "the people of walmart" emails - those are some interesting people.
 
The folks at Walbogs scare me too much plus I have to drive 10 miles to go in there and be annoyed. I am a big mail order person so I order strips online at least two packs at a time. @-)
 
Try going to Walmart at 4:00 a.m. in the deep south...now you will see the meaning of wonky! I was there once at 4:00 am for a "black friday" event, got talked into going by my cousin, there were peeps in the parking lot camped out in tents and with people delivering coffee and do-nuts to those camping out, inside were families shopping in their pjs and slippers with kids in tow with carts piled high with everything from flat screen tvs to corn dogs. And best of all, we witnessed a fist fight between 2 women over a Wii console, with police called and both being taken away in handcuffs.
I don't like to go there anytime, but never go between Thanksgiving and Christmas, order online!

I just wish I'd had my cell phone with me to get a video. I've often wondered how the 2 women explained why they were arrested at Walmart the early morning after Thanksgiving. Imagine getting a call at 5 am; " honey, I just threw down over a Wii and got arrested, guess you'll need to use the Christmas money to bail me out" :lol:
 
lol, to which hubby replied "OK, but you did get the WII, right?"
