Boo cat is in a current "honeymoon" stage of her diabetes. Only just diagnosed in June and has had a heck of time getting adjusted. She had a hyperglycemia episode on the 20th. Her numbers have been around and under 200 since then without her being on Prozinc insulin. It seems in exchange she has decided to turn her nose to all foods. She is so far only consuming gravy from her wet food.
I've taken her in to my vet and she received a B12 shot to perk her up. She struggling with a swollen back paw as well.
Do you ever feel like no matter how much you try to keep your kitty together they keep reverting?
