If I am reading the conversion chart right, then if I want to dose 1.25 units of Caninsulin, I dose to the 3 unit mark on the Lantus syringes?

Drawing up the U40 insulin to the 3 unit marking on a U100 syringe gets you 1.2 units of the U40 insulin.
I would just dose 1.2 units vice 1.25 units
