? Confused about numbers jumping

So I was worried the last couple days about leaving Rocky home after his PM shot when the PMPS was close to the "don't shoot" range and I hadn't gotten many numbers in the middle of the cycle. Now I was able to curve him last night and they were pretty high again? I did give him a few different kinds of canned food the last few days but they are all LC. What could cause the change? Should I stay with 2 units for now?

I can do another curve tonight but with the Relion prime...last night's curve was with the last of my alphtrak sticks. I have a new tab on the spreadsheet set up to switch to.

Hard to say what causes the numbers to jump around. You could stick with the 2 units for a few more cycles. It looks like that .5 dose wasn't enough so his BG shot up and it may take a few cycles to settle back down. I'm not familiar with Vetsulin. Bama has only ever been on Novolin N.
