  1. Last night Jades pmps was 120 and I decided not to shoot. She stayed in a good range. I typically shoot at 11 and 11. This morning I tested, fed and shot around 10:20. All was good. I didn’t go to work today and around 3:00 decided to test. It was 87!! I panicked and gave her several Greenies and some food with gravy... see her SS for results. My question is, do I trust her pmps #? Or is it from treats and gravy? Not an organic #? And I don’t know why she dropped so low?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t been home?? I’m sick just thinking about that!
As always, thank you for your time!

Congratulations on your first green!

Is a very good number but I do get it it's scary the first time a lot of us did just what you did but just remember that with the Alpha Track the take action number is 65, above that is OK and maybe just monitor a while later just to make sure he isn't going down more, and maybe give a low carb snack

Man I am looking for 87's. Lol

a little spoonful of your cats regular food will do fine when you still have time to drop and you are concerned but it's a safe number so you want to level it off.

I think I panicked thinking it was on its way down.:eek:

If aim for 85-95 area, but 70's aren't dangerous unless you still have a lot of time to drop.
That being the nadir, yes? Because I know I shouldn't shoot under 150. I worry about what could happen when I'm not home. A lot. It really gives me heart palpitations when I think about it.

This is a slow process eventually being around 150 and under 100 won't be so scary or something to worry about because he will be more regulated and a lot of time in those numbers, at the beginning you may have to skip a few shoots if you are not able to monitor but that will change the more time he spends on the greens, you may even get to the point where you will shoot under 150 but don't think about it just now one small step at a time
