I pulled the carb data from Lisa's and Tanya's food charts and added data I obtained either online or via email from the manufacturer. I did it because I wanted just the carb data in one place and be able to compare the numbers for a short list of brands that I buy. I think Lisa's numbers are % Metabolizable Energy (ME) carbs and Tanya's are % Dry Matter Basis (DMB) carbs. I put one or both from the manufacturers depending on what was available. I am not sure what is more appropriate for FD and if anyone knows, pray tell. Unfortunately, I didn't get any data from Fancy Feast. I am sharing it in case others might find it useful. I used Lisa's non-sortable food list because I think it might be the more accurate one although I am not sure. I found a lot of discrepancies between her non-sortable and sortable food lists so I had to pick one and the non-sortable looked like the best data to me. Also, I removed any discontinued foods I was aware of. This is arduous work and took a lot of time to do. I am more appreciative than ever of all the work Lisa and Tanya did to put their lists together. I hope others find this useful.
