It can last up to 2 hours, but when they are dropping and you have given HC, they can bobble about, that's why we test every 20-30 minutes.
Once they are up, ie when she was above 60 in this case, you could have given some LC/ or with hold food, then checked in 20 to 30 minutes to see if she is holding her own. Then we look for two tests that are flat or rising, before moving to hourly tests. Usually getting a test in in the 2 hour mark after the HC.
