Cody switching to Lev tomorrow

Wow my first post in BIG SCARY LL.

Cody is a long term diabetic and acrocat. I've been talking to Carolynn for a few weeks and am finally making the switch from Prozinc to Lev, starting tomorrow morning. He's been doing well on Prozinc, but I'm hoping for even better, and hopefully a break for my pocketbook, (switching from a u40 to a u100 insulin.)

I will be dropping back to 7u (from 13-14u), and holding tonight's Prozinc dose. (I'm getting the stare down as I type- it may be a long night :shock: )

Anyway- just testing the water- hello !

Hey Nancy,
Good that you are switching; I switched both mine over to Lev from Lantus, and I think I like it alot.

With so many acros on Lev, it makes for better helping I think. Good that you switching at lower dose; you can always go up later.
