Clumps of litter on back paws

Hello all! This morning, for the first time ever? Cheech had caked litter on her back hind legs. I can’t tell if our other cat scared her, if someone spooked her, or if something else? Her mood normal, no urine on her body (doesn’t seem like she peed herself) and was just annoyed with me for cleaning her. Has anyone had this before? Could it be a symptom of something else?

I think this is normal, he could've stepped on semi-wet litter, just keep checking I don't think is anything to worry about, maybe changing the litter might help

Okay! I’m still new to this so every single has me worried!! She is annoyed with me now for cleaning it. Thank you!
Since I discovered Pretty Litter 3 years ago, I buy the lotus scented, I will never EVER go back to clumping litter, Chewy.com has an excellent price, (not the Pretty Litter web site)
One litter box takes one bag that last 2 months, and no smell in your house, just pick up the poop and down the toilet it goes, is a game changer, since I have 2 cats, Corky is huge, and Coco a Main Coon, I have a jumbo box, and I change the litter every three week. Once you use it, you will never ho back to clumping

The cement booties are common with new diabetics. The urine is sticky with sugar so can stick to the paws if a cat steps in the wet puddle. Just wipe the paws off with a damp paper towel or washcloth.
