I have some odansetron injectable I'd gotten for Hank before he passed away. His prescribed dose was 0.3ml sub-Q b.i.d. I have my old 3/10cc U100 insulin syringes and some 1/2cc U100 i picked up at that time.
This was months ago and I am rusty. I found a note I wrote with the syringes that says to draw dose to the 30 line in both...but that can't be right? ...the barrel is larger on one than the other.
I may give some to my civvie who has stomach sensitivity issues, and has been having a rough time and throwing up for a couple days. I think his weight may be slightly less than Hank's at the time, maybe by 1.5 lbs or so.
I am trying to figure out if I should give the same dose? ..but also want to clarify where to fill to on these syringes to get the correct dose. I obviously wrote something down wrong as it can't be the same on 2 different size syringes....I was in a fog that whole time.
