Civie with high aldosterone level

Hi I just got my Civie Misha's labs and it turns out her aldosterone is way, way high (the labs indicate >1000) has anyone encounter this condition before? Does anyone know how bad is it?

She's stage II CKD and has PKD and PLD (more o less under control since the vet removed a lot of the cysts with surgery and they haven't grown much since ) Her creatinine actually went slightly down ( from 3.3 in december to 3.2 ) her phosphorus levels are quite ok she's 4.3 and BUN is 53.3

Other lab results are quite normal except for her colesterol that is 275

Thank you every bit of information counts because it appears this is a very rare or maybe underdiagnosed condition, so there's not much information about it out there
