Cinco PMPS 98 +3 45 Dosing advice, please!

We have had Cinco back to .25 for 3 cycles. This evening at +3 he was at 45. Fed HC and will monitor until he comes up, but where do we go from here?

yes, continue monitoring to make sure cinco doesn't go any lower.

cinco's earned a dose reduction! time to take him down to the last dose --- 0.1 unit.

if he begins to trend higher, immediately take the dose back up to 0.25 unit.

Tested 20 minutes after he finished the HC. He's back up to 63. I'll check him again at +4, but he's never gone down again after coming up. So we should take him to .1 in the morning?
