Yesterday's Condo

Pink again this morning! Ick! Good news is that, as I was trying to make myself get out of bed, the veterinary ophthalmologist's office called! They had an opening at 10 am (couldn't get ready and there in time),and 3:15 this afternoon, so I grabbed the second one! Yay! Fingers crossed they find something fixable.

Cinco seemed better last night, after acting kind of out of it in the morning, and today he's perkier, too. He's always been a really laid-back cat, so it's hard sometimes to tell if he doesn't feel well. A clue is if he's quiet - he is a very vocal cat at times, and if he doesn't give his trademark howls every now and then, something's up. Yesterday he didn't howl at all, but this morning he announced at the top of his lungs that he had finished breakfast and was going btb! Good sign. Now if I can just contain my excitement until this afternoon and get him to the vet on time!

Yippee for the eye appt. today! Can't wait to hear what they say, answers are so much better than the unknown. Fingers and paws crossed for you both :-D
