Churus bad?

Hi, all, I was on the feline diabetic Facebook group today and someone posted about Churus being bad because they have tapioca starch that could spike blood sugar.

My own vet used them to show me how to prick Cheech’s ear. Does anyone have any insight into this? Is this something I should be concerned about?

Lots of people here use Churus. On Chewy.com it says 1.8% carbs. The amount of tapioca starch is very small.
