I have a microchip feeder for each of my cats. I love them! I think it's a great idea to use one for your dog.

What kind of chip feeder do you have? I've been googling my fingers raw and can't find one that I think would work, below $100!

I have the surefeed microchip feeder. They are definitely expensive but for me it was worth it to control each cats diet (and guard against future vet bills). It'd work well for a small-med dog but the compartment is probably too small for a larger dog.

Bummer, my dog is about 90 pounds! Definitely can't fit her head in there!
