First of all, let me just say how incredibly grateful I am for this forum, and especially for YOU, @Marje and Gracie. Your offer is so kind and so generous. I don't even have long time friends who offer to help me... especially with an offer like that. Marje, you are a very special and very selfless woman. I appreciate you SO much.
Yes... this has all been a whirlwind. LOL. They did extend my start date in Sierra Vista to be the 17th. But it's because it worked out better for them. LOL. I know... some of you might wonder why I'd want to work for a company like this. The fact is... it's the management here, that has been so strange. The Sierra Vista branch is a totally different ball game. And Sierra Vista is "home" after all. I'm happy to get to go home and be around my sisters and childhood friends, again.
Secondly, I got Chase's results from his urinalysis. It was perfect. No crystals, no glucose, no signs of infection... the vet said it was perfectly normal. As far as the tooth goes... I will keep a close eye on it. And yes... I know he will need some x-rays at some point.
I'm going to try and get them to let me work that altered work schedule, like before, so that I can increase Chase's insulin dosage and watch in closely. I don't know what to make of the numbers, but to me it looks like he needs a little bit more insulin. Perhaps I can start being a little more aggressive next week.
I go to Sierra Vista on Saturday to look at a few places for rent. Marje, I'm going to call you very soon. I just may take you up on that offer. I've moved so many times in my life, and still I don't have it down to any kind of science. Perhaps you could help direct me. LOL
I've got to run, for now. Not sure if I can get online here, at work. If I can't, then I'll be back this evening.
