Charlie's vomiting

I'm so glad to hear he's doing fine now. :) Unfortunately there's no way of knowing if you have a bad set of test strips until you try different ones but you got it sorted out with no real damage done thanks to your vigilance in noticing when he wasn't feeling good. :) Hugs to you and Charlie - and now it's time for you both to relax. :bighug::bighug:

I'll take that! I think I was a little too excited to get him down. I'm so glad I started distrusting the old strips and decided to open a new box. It was like he had gone completely back in time to a couple weeks ago. I thought I was going to have to let him go tonight--I'd even picked up the kids from school and taken them along so they could say goodbye-- but he's home and I'll be giving him dinner in just a couple minutes.

One of the best feelings in the world when something you thought was going to have such an unhappy outcome turns out to be fine! :D

So sorry you and Charlie have had such a rough day but now you know what the problem was and how to help him feel better. You're a great kitty mama! Reward yourself! Please give Charlie a belly rub for me (if he likes those) and let us know how he's doing tomorrow.

@SuePea ....next time you're here, would you please go ahead and take the 911 down?

Once the "emergency" is over, we ask that you remove it so the people who are scanning the board for problems don't have a mini-heart attack when they see it.

Also, if it stays up all day, if you were to have another emergency later in that day, people might think it's the same one and not respond as quickly.

Really happy to hear that Charlie's back home with you
