Hi all. Wow... it looks like after about 10 days on Prozinc plus switching to wet food (FF low carb) 16 yo Charlie is in remission with BG hovering around 90 with no insulin (was diagnosed at 540!). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he stays this way!

Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone for all the info on here. Even though I didn't post, the information has been a tremendous help (especially getting me to convince the vet to reduce dosages and get him off insulin quickly!)
