Cat not eating in the morning - can I still shoot

Still trying to get my Kitty Sapphire regulated. She does not eat much in the morning and her numbers are over 400 then. Can I give her Caninsulin if she does not eat much or should I force feed her then give her the insulin. She goes back for a full blood panel tomorrow. She eats OK in the evening.

Without knowing how Sapphire's BG respond to insulin I really can't make a suggestions.
Are you home testing Sapphire's BGs? Most of use here do that.
What are you feeding?
Caninsulin/Vetsulin typicall results in fast and large drops in BG
 
Yes she has a fast insulin drop. Feeding her BFF as she has also signs of kidney disease. I will post her bg spread sheet ASAP. Have asked for access to that sheet but so far have not heard back.
