Previous post I forgot to update last night, her PMPS was 307!

I'm kinda worried for her. I'm hoping I'm overthinking. But today she threw up again in the morning. These past two weeks are the first time I've kept her in my room to sleep with me, so I'm not sure if this is normal for her. But she only started doing it a few days ago that I've seen. It's always twice in a row, and it's always small foamy white puddles. At least she is still eating and not throwing up her meals. Does anyone know what this could be?
I'm also trying to give her a few days' break from poking aside from AMPS and PMPS..I give her food during her normal "low" part of the day, just in case. And keep an eye on her physical symptoms. I'm just anxious that I learned all of the diabetes stuff too late and I could lose her soon. I lost my other kitty a few weeks ago to sudden kidney failure, and the thought of losing Cassie is unbearable. Having kitties is so hard.

Your SS says you are worried he is anaemic. Are his gums pale?

What time in the cycle was the vomit? I have a couple theories. One is that some cats will get acid tummies if they go too long between meals, so small snack overnight might help. The second, I sometimes noticed Neko would do the foamy vomit if she was going low. Without any mid cycle tests, I have no way of knowing if this is a possibility. Going by physical symptoms isn’t going to help. I tested Neko a couple times soundly sleeping, in the 30’s.

Diabetes is manageable, we have had cats live good long lives with diabetes. Even with all Neko’s complications, I still got five years, most of if good QOL.

Hard to tell with the gums, especially since there's still some blood coming from somewhere inside..I got a photo of it but again, not easy to tell if the lighting could be off. She doesn't like me poking around her mouth haha..You can see a bit of the blood from one of the incision sites. Vet saw it last Sunday and didn't seem too concerned. But her paw pads still look pink and colorful, and I think with anemia they would lose color too. The underside of her tongue is still very purple-ish though which really freaks me out.

Part of me is worried I've been poking the wrong way, causing her to bleed way too much. I'm starting to get the hang of just barely pricking her ear to get a tiny drop. Whereas before it was A LOT of blood coming from her ear..even when I applied pressure for awhile. I'm starting to give her the midday/midnight snack more so maybe I'll see improvement! And also interesting that it could be related to her going too low! I'll continue testing more frequently once she kinda gets a bit more of a break for her blood to come back, LOL. I ordered this supplement to also give to her, because maybe the iron will help a bit. It will arrive today!

She had the zoomies this morning. That was adorable to finally see. She whacked our other cat on the bum, which is like herself. LOL
