Hi again,
I was able to update the spreadsheet so it shows his bg levels in mg/dl units. I have also added a 2nd tab with the world units JUST in case someone wants to take a look. it is nowhere close to as organized as the first tab - i promise to do this next round i get some free time.
Just a pointer i had been making a point of coming home early all this week but was 45 min late today. According to my family Cashew was very vocal about being fed and they got worried because his paws felt cold, otherwise he was fine (i.e. oriented, alert). His PMPS was pretty high at 367 mg/dl (20.4 mmol/L) and he had used his litter box less than he usually does...He gets kind of quiet after his insulin shot sometimes (I feel like he is on drugs, I don't like this one bit) buit I try to engage him even if it is looking out a window together.
I speak with his vet tomorrow to see what she says and would LOVE for your feedback. PLEASE educate me in this, I am going to slowly switch his diet to raw food and will be needing further guidance. In the meantime I have been checking out the food chart on FDMB and am thinking of trying Fancy Feast...
looking forward to getting some feedback ...
ciao ciao
