I am looking for U-100 syringes with 1/2 unit markings. Does anyone know where I can find them in the US? All the ones I can find have only 1 unit markings?

Walmart carries them. It is their Relion brand syringes.

You may have to have Walmart order them since they may not have them in stock in a store.

Have you looked on amazon? I am in the uk but I got mine from there so they must do the same in the US

I get mine from WalMart - U-100, 3/10 mL, 30 gauge, short needle.
I find the 31 gauge bend a tad too easily in my less than dexterous hands and I've stabbed myself a few times with them, hence the 30 gauge which a bit stiffer.
